Nina and Alex wanted their guests to see South Africa at its best, and La Paris's mountain views carried that weight on their own. Family sat at the centre of everything for this couple, the kind of people who measured a good day by how many of the people they loved were there to share it. Rain hung over the forecast right up until the morning itself, so we held our nerve and kept the wedding outside. Twenty minutes of light rain just after one o'clock forced us to move furniture under cover, then the clouds broke and the rest of the day stayed clear.
The design stayed clean and green, pulled together from inspiration images the couple sent through early on, all of it built to work with the La Paris garden rather than against it. Their Indian ceremony brought something we had not quite seen in this same way before, and it remains one of the most striking parts of their day. When Nina first saw the finished décor, it sent visible shivers down our team's spines. That is the reaction no amount of planning can fake. Looking back at the photos months later, it was her red Lehenga Choli ensemble we could not look away from.

Nina and Alex could not stop thanking us once the day was done, so we are returning the favour here. Thank you for trusting us with something built entirely around the people you love most, and for letting that show in every decision we made together. To every supplier who helped pull together a clean, green, mountain-backed celebration exactly as imagined, thank you for delivering it without missing a beat.
