We recommend booking a planner as early as possible, ideally 9 to 12 months before your wedding date. However, we offer packages that suit every stage of planning, including part-way support and on-the-day coordination.
Full planning includes everything from start to finish, vendor sourcing, design, timelines, and management. On-the-day coordination is for brides who’ve done most of the planning but need a professional to execute everything smoothly on the day.
No, we’re happy to work with your chosen vendors or recommend trusted professionals we’ve personally vetted. Our goal is to build the best team for your day.
Yes! We love destination weddings. Travel further than a 100km radius will include a mileage fee and, if further than 150km from our offices, accommodation will be required. This will be quoted for at a later stage and be clearly communicated.
For all packages that include wedding day support, you’ll have an experienced Lune Events coordinator onsite managing every detail from start to finish (up to 12 hours).
